"Vin Egar" is an apple cider vinegar made in the high mountain village of Usakhelo, Lechkhumi. Its story began in 2021. Distinguished by its unique taste and medicinal properties, Vin Egar is an ecologically clean product made from unprocessed apple juice using the traditional vinegar fermentation method. It contains no preservatives, chemicals, or yeast.

Since 2021, we have been proud members of the Elkana - Organic Farming & Rural Tourism Network, part of the Georgia Biological Farming Association "Elkana." In 2023, we received the prestigious #Elkana Quality Mark, recognizing our dedication to quality and sustainability.
