In the picturesque village of Usakhelo, located in the Lechkhumi region, we were inspired to create a local product: apple vinegar. In 2021, we launched our journey after winning the innovative grant program announced by the Abkhazintercont Foundation.
Since 2022, we have proudly been members of the Association of Biological Farms Elkana. What began as a family activity quickly grew into a passion. We established standards and seamlessly combined biological farming with modern technologies.
Lechkhumi, a mountainous region known for its stunning landscapes, clean air, and rich biodiversity, is the source of our unique, flavorful, and all-natural products. The distinctiveness of our apple vinegar lies in the region's climate and the purity of its natural environment.

Our goal is to produce a healthy, organic product from wild apples while preserving their medicinal properties to the fullest extent.
